An Emirati-owned team, based where we work

My Abu Dhabi Holidays began the way most good local businesses do, with someone who actually lives here deciding visitors deserved a better way to experience the city than a booking form run from a call centre overseas. We operate under My World Travel and Tourism, an Emirati founded company that also runs our sister brand in Dubai, built on the same idea in both cities: local ownership, local knowledge, and a team that answers the phone from Abu Dhabi, not a script read from anywhere else.

We're a DCT Abu Dhabi licensed tour operator, based near Wahda Mall on Hazza Bin Zayed the First Street, and every one of the seven services on this site, tour packages, private city tours, desert safaris, Liwa trips, dhow cruise dinners and airport transfers, is either run directly by our own team or arranged through desert operations partners we work with personally, not anonymous third parties found through a marketplace.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A reseller can quote you a price without knowing whether the hotel has availability, whether the guide speaks your language, or whether the desert camp you're picturing is the one you'll actually get. We can't get away with that, because we're the ones your driver reports to and the ones who answer if something goes wrong. It's a smaller way to run a tourism business, and we think it's the right one.
