Our Abu Dhabi airport transfer is booked and priced before you fly, so a driver is waiting inside Zayed International Airport with your name on a board, your fare already agreed, and no meter running while you find your bags.
We run a full range of vehicles rather than a single sedan, because a solo business traveller and a family of six landing for a two week holiday need very different cars. Whatever the size of your group, the price is fixed and confirmed in writing before you land, not negotiated at the curb.

Questions people ask us
How much is an Abu Dhabi airport transfer?
From AED 115 one way for a sedan carrying up to three guests, rising to AED 1,090 for a 50 seat coach on arrival. Arrival transfers into the city cost slightly more than departure transfers to the airport, since arrival pricing includes parking charges at the terminal.
Is this a private car or a shared taxi?
Entirely private. Your vehicle, whichever size you book, is for your group alone, with no other passengers and no stops along the way.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, and we track your flight so pickup timing adjusts automatically if you land early or late.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes on your end. We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time accordingly, at no extra charge, so a delay doesn't mean an empty arrivals hall or a missed driver.
Can I book a bus for a large group or tour party?
Yes, both 30 and 50 seat coaches are available for group transfers, conference logistics or tour parties, priced and confirmed the same way as our car transfers.
Is VAT included in the price?
The prices shown are before VAT. UAE VAT of 5% is added at the time of booking, in line with standard practice across licensed UAE transport operators.
How much notice do you need to book a transfer?
At least three hours' notice for standard bookings. For airport pickups tied to a specific flight, we recommend booking as soon as your flight is confirmed so your preferred vehicle size is available.
