My Abu Dhabi Holidays is based on the 11th floor of Al Wahda Tower, right by Al Wahda Mall, and we run the packages, safaris, city tours, cruises and transfers on this site ourselves, not through a call centre or a reseller three time zones away. How we price things
Every price on this site is a starting point, not the final number, because group size, season and hotel tier change the total. We confirm the exact figure in writing on WhatsApp before you pay anything, and we don't add surprise charges once you've agreed a price. If a quote changes because you've changed what you're asking for, we'll tell you why.
When something has gone wrong
We've had a desert safari vehicle break down mid-route during peak season. The group was moved to a replacement 4x4 within 40 minutes and we knocked the transfer fee off their next booking without being asked. We're not perfect, no operator running dozens of tours a week is, but we answer the phone when it happens and we fix it rather than argue about it.
Who we're probably not the right fit for
If you want the absolute cheapest shared desert safari on the market, a marketplace listing will usually beat our price, we run private guides and our own vehicles rather than packing the largest possible group in. And if you need same-day booking with under three hours' notice, we're honest that we can't always guarantee it, we'd rather tell you that upfront than take the booking and let you down.
